Training is an endless process. But we adorn it with basic and advanced level trainings and with riding sprees for individuals as well as for corporations in Türkiye -and around the world!
We started out this journey in 2006 with our flagship company ENDO KOLLEKTİF ŞİRKETİ, then seeking to offer Basic and Advanced-level Driver and Rider Safety Training to all motorists and riders in observance of all respective laws and regulations as well as curricula -national and international- with our seasoned trainers backed by their DIAmond, IVV, Rospa and TMF certification as tokens of our honest, fair, innovative and environmentally as well as human-friendly approach.

Well, when I started looking out for it, Faruk Işıkkent was the only name all pronounced.I was so scared and even took off and swirled the gloves away and yelled 'I cannot do it!' He believed in and supported me the whole nine yards. And he was so meticulous, a gentleman and so neat even at times I lost confidence he believed in me and unearthed that motorist who has been hiding somewhere in there! Looking back, if now I can ride on any road anywhere, that is solely thanks to Faruk's skills as a great trainer. Many thanks.

I admire his energy, his attitude towards his students -and his patience. He is such a trainer that he, right on day one, motivates you so and encourages you so as if you have been riding your whole life.. that is incredible. Then, there is his rides -in Türkiye and abroad... what he does is that he goes there first, explores and discovers it all by himself before he takes you there. Yes, he has been there! That was when I just took up riding and I have been dreaming of riding in other countries but so with a broken heart because I was just a rookie. Then, seeing my enthusiasm and ambition, Faruk took me to Greece as part of a group of four -which was perfectly organized. That was also my first time in Greece and riding. That was something -Faruk's work- I shall remember all my life. Many thanks once again. Then I joined others, beautiful trips. So, if Faruk is in, then you get a lot of surprises and when it is over you say 'Wow! That was something!'

Faruk hands over to you his experiences and all that he knows as if he is teaching them for the first time -each time- and all the safe riding skills... That is what gave me the heart to hit a thousand kilometers all alone. The 800-pounder (365 kg) ride I first bought... Well I had difficulties just keeping it up but know that now I roll swiftly in Ankara commute. All the knowledge and skills -much appreciated.

When I first took up riding, my want to ride was far ahead of my heart and confidence. MOTTO is a maestro from the beginners level all the way up to advanced, I must say. They made sure that I rode safely, tried with courage and never underestimated inherent risks. They made sure that riding was a lot of fun for me. Faruk Işıkkent... thank you and the rest of your team for your valuable contributions to my safe and fun riding skill-set. But most of all for your memorable and super-positive perspective on life, the level of your knowledge and most of all for your humbleness. That's a great mix!

Student Faruk Işıkkent taught me to ride a motorbike -to me, for whom even cycling has been a challenge. I guess he is the most considerate, the neatest and such a straight-laced trainer in this sector. He has no notion of date and time. He is ever-ready to teach! ...and he never tires out. He is uplifting when you are down and he makes you believe that you can do it -if it is done then it is doable, right? So you want to learn to how to ride a motorbike? This is the right spot.
